We run a busy salon with very sought after appointments, should you be unable to attend an appointment please inform us with 24 hours notice, we understand this is not always possible however we do ask you to let us know as soon as you can to avoid a deposit having to be taken for future appointments. Chloé Hair Design reserves the right to ask for a small deposit for some longer services.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Please see that alternative childcare arrangements are made for your visit to the salon as we cannot take responsibility for any potential accidents that may happen to unattended children.

Chloé Hair Design will not be held responsible if post colour application fade due to negligence as salon policy will always advise purchasing a colour shampoo/refresh suitable to your colour to maintain your colour between visits.

 

Chloé Hair Design have a strict “no refund” policy. If any results are different to what has been agreed and signed by the client & stylist then a redo by the same stylist will take place.
